FAQ's

Easily purchase our baked goods right here and we will ship them to you fresh out of the oven.  We will ship anywhere in the United States. We know ordering baked goods online might be a new idea for you so here are some of the basics for how the service works.

How much will shipping cost?  We charge a flat $20.00 shipping fee for each order. We ship all of our products through USPS.  If you'd like to upgrade to overnight service, please call us at 269-372-3838 to place your order.

When will my product ship?  All of our products are made fresh daily. We will ship your product Monday-Thursday. If you order after 12:00 p.m. we will need 24 hours to make sure your products are as fresh as possible.  Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday afternoon.

Where does your product ship from?  All of our products are shipped from our Kalamazoo, MI location.

What is the shelf life of the products?  We only ship products we feel are going to provide the best quality. Shelf life depends on the product that you purchase.  We include handling instructions with your shipment to make sure you preserve the best taste as long as possible.

Do you ship all year round?  Yes.  However, to make sure we provide the best quality we do watch the weather during the hot summer months. If the temperatures are over 90 degrees we will hold off on shipping your products until the weather cools. We will contact you in such an event to make shipping arrangements.
